Tennant Company Wins Innovation Award for its ec-H2O™ Chemical-Free Cleaning Technology
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.—May 18, 2009—Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), a world leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing solutions that help create a cleaner, safer world, today announced that its breakthrough ec-H2O™ technology has won the Innovation Award at New Zealand’s industry trade show “CleanNZ.” ec-H2O converts plain tap water into a powerful cleaning agent without any added chemicals.
CleanNZ is the industry tradeshow for cleaning equipment, supplies and property support services held in New Zealand bi-annually. Every second year a number of brands compete for the CleanNZ Innovation Award. To be eligible for the award, a detailed application must be submitted to a panel of judges prior to the show.
Tennant has won three out of the past four Innovation Awards with previous awards won for FaST™, the M20 and now ec-H2O.
